This is a true / unsolicited assessment of the thoroughness and gratitude I have for Mr. Eric Womack:
As we were somewhat new to the FL market and unsure about purchasing a forever home, Eric came highly recommended. Unlike other realtors, I can say he got to work immediately. After much legwork, Eric was able to read our mind (or aid us in the realization), and we moved forward in the home-building direction instead of purchasing an existing home. During about a 2-year period, my wife, and I lost the will to continue, but Eric wouldn’t give up, and eventually he came across a new community! As soon as we entered the community, we immediately loved it. We ultimately came back the very next day, and started the home building process. With the help of Eric’s business acumen and market familiarity, he helped us navigate the negotiation process, and along the way was able to save us almost $20,000. Without us knowing the unique Florida home building climate, we truly could have paid more, but with Eric’s quick thinking, and foresight we prevailed in the negotiations.
